Coach Drop Off and Free Parking Facilities

K Village, The Lakes Outlet continues to value the relationship it has with operators in this market and has made special arrangements to continue extending a warm welcome to the coach market. Designated coach drop off bays have been created on Lound Road to allow coaches to pull up right outside the new Lound Road entrance to the Centre where each coach will be met and greeted individually by our experienced Customer Service Team. Once passengers have safely disembarked coaches can drive the short distance to the Lakes Leisure, Centre for free secure coach parking capable of accommodating up to thirty coaches. Overnight parking is also available.

Tour Operators and Coach Drivers

Tour Operators and Coach Drivers will then be encouraged to return to the new Centre to take advantage of the new facilities on offer. A new Group Tour Incentive scheme including a Frequent Visitor Bonus will be available from the Visitor Information Centre.
